This completely independent house—one of the rare beachfront houses to rent on the island—has a living room/open kitchen and three bedrooms for up to 6 people (and more on demand).

The house is built according to the island’s beautiful traditional architecture.

This spacious accommodation includes a fully equipped kitchen and large terraces on both the ground floor and upper floor.

The large ground-floor terrace is protected from public view by a dune, and includes built-in cushioned benches and a dinner table with chairs. The upstairs has a smaller private terrace off the upstairs bedroom and a larger split-level terrace. Both have breathtaking views on the beach, the unique rock formations on the coast, and the Aegean Sea.

This holiday accommodation is for a family or a few couples who enjoy the beach and would like to explore the island’s rich culture and traditions. It is a great place to relax in serene, natural surroundings.

Access to the sandy beach is just over the dune—just seconds away.

Situated on the northeastern coast of the island, this house offers  protected spaces if there is wind. Built with thick walls and doors and windows positioned to provide cross ventilation, the house maintains an ideal temperature. There are multiple restaurants and a supermarket in the vicinity, and bars are at the next beach over. The Skyros town (called “Hora”) is accessible by car or bus, and has archaeological and folkloric museums, Byzantine chapels, the ancient castle of King Lycomidis and a selection of tavernas, trendy bars and shops.
